Do I need to buy new equipment?
No. Staff use their own phones or a tablet, and guests use their smartphones. You only need QR codes on the tables.
Can I change the menu myself?
Yes. Prices, photos, products, extras and availability are changed from the panel and show instantly.
Which languages does the menu support?
Bulgarian, English, Spanish and Russian. Guests see their phone's language and can switch.
Can I accept delivery orders?
Yes, if you enable the module. You set the zone, minimum order, fee and hours, and can pause deliveries when you're busy.
How much does TableCalls cost?
Setting up your menu and testing are free. Once you go live, after your first €400 in delivery orders or 100 QR guests free, the fee for the first 100 venues is €39 per year, with 0% commission per order.
